Is this you?

We’re looking for an excitable and enthusiastic creative team with plenty of hands-on experience in an agency environment and ideas that just keep coming. Exceptional collaborators and communicators, you’ll be tasked with leading the creative output of the agency with the support of a terrific team consisting of designers, writers, developers who, together with our Studio Manager, will help you deliver high quality work at pace. You’ll work closely with the founders, who are a creative team themselves, so you can expect leadership that supports you at every stage.

So what kind of work will you be doing?

The Walk has a rich history of working with multinational technology enterprises, so your ideas will be put to work for some of the world’s leading brands. But we’ve always maintained a diverse client base because we know how much you learn when working on a broad range of client sizes, geographies and verticals. What you learn on a tight budget for a smaller client has a way of influencing what you do for an enterprise client – and vice versa. So you can expect to work on projects of many different sizes and shapes, across different verticals, in different geographies.

As an integrated marketing agency, we are all about impact, performance and results. We call ourselves media-agnostic, not because we don’t believe in any mediums, but because we use data-informed understanding of where the audience is to choose what channels will be most effective in influencing their decisions. So you won’t be bashing out banners all day, and you won’t spend every day writing yet more marketing emails. In fact, your ideas, lines and designs will be the spark for creating effective communications across a range of mediums, all with the goal of taking the audience on a journey so our client’s message will be top of mind at just the right time.

What you’ll bring

You’ll know marketing inside and out, and ideally come with experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing and lead generation. You’ll need to be comfortable working on a diverse range of projects across different channels, audiences and geographies. Your attitude to excellence will help you guide designers, coders, illustrators and other team members to execute with the message in mind and to the highest quality standards.

Skills and experience

  • Related degree-level qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an agency environment
  • Energy, enthusiasm and ideas
  • The ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles and get things done with a positive attitude
  • Commitment to quality creative output
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Experience in B2B, B2C and integrated marketing
  • Fantastic teamwork and collaboration skills
  • The presence of mind to work with senior clients with credibility and confidence
